This page explains exactly what the site collects and how it is used, in plain language.
What we collect when you order
When you submit the order form we receive your name, mobile number, governorate, address and any notes you write, along with the product you chose: design, size, colour and quantity. This is recorded in our own Google Sheets spreadsheet through Google Apps Script, and we use it to confirm the order with you on WhatsApp, to ship it, and to answer any question after delivery.
Advertising cookies do not run before you agree
We use the Meta Pixel to measure how our Facebook and Instagram ads perform. It does not run at all before you press "Accept" on the bar shown on your first visit. Once you accept, Facebook sets cookies named _fbp and _fbc in your browser to connect your visit to the ad that brought you here. Declining does not stop you from ordering and changes nothing else on the site.
Campaign data
If you reached us from an ad, the link carries campaign details such as utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign and fbclid. We keep them in your browser for the session only, and send them nowhere before you consent. If you decline, they are deleted immediately. If you accept, they are sent with your order so we know which ad it came from.
Server-side measurement (Conversions API)
After your order is saved successfully, our server notifies Meta that an order was placed — only if you accepted tracking. That notification carries the product details and the order number, plus your mobile number hashed one-way (SHA-256) so nobody can reverse it back into the number; Meta uses it only for matching. Your name, your address and your notes are never sent in it. And because every order carries a single event ID shared between the browser and the server, it is counted once and not twice. If you decline tracking, this notification is not sent.
What we never send to Meta
Your name, mobile number and address are never sent to Meta in browser events under any circumstances. The events we send describe only the product shown, the size, the colour, the price and the order number.
Local storage unrelated to advertising
The site stores only your functional preferences in your browser: light or dark mode, language, and the last size and colour you chose. This stays on your device and never reaches us or anyone else.
How long we keep it and who sees it
We keep order data for as long as it is needed to fulfil the order, provide after-sales service and keep a record of transactions. Only the NOOK team and the courier delivering your order see it. We do not sell your data and do not share it for marketing with anyone else.
Your rights
You can withdraw your tracking consent at any time using the button at the end of this page. You can also ask us to show, correct or delete your order data by messaging us on WhatsApp or by email.
